I just went in for an oil / filter change on my Tundra, and was very pleased with the quick and friendly service. They also inspected various other components on the truck and gave me their opinion on what my next steps might be, but were not pushy with their suggestions. I even found they added some air to my tires so my low tire pressure light would go off in this cold weather. It was done in under and hour and I plan on returning in the future.
Everyone was super friendly and helpful. My car was fixed within 6 hours of being there and returned to me. You can tell these people really care about their customers and helping them do what's best for them. I loved their full work up sheet that they provided. It showed me that they went over every aspect of my car, not just the thing that was broken. Thank you for your help! I'll be back for sure!
This place is great! My car was broke down the day before Thanksgiving and I was from out of town and everywhere was closing for the Holiday. I called 30 minutes before they closed and asked if I could bring my car in and they waited after hours to look at my car and let me know what was going on. All the staff I met was very helpful and informal and had a good family feel, the owner even showed me his awesome saltwater fish tank, which made the stressful situation a little better. They even called Monday to make sure I made it out of town okay and got everything worked out. Would highly recommend.
I truly and completely trust these guys. They gave my vehicle a thorough inspection FIRST, THEN, after sending me a report, I was able to choose which items I wanted to be addressed first. I was helped to see which items were critical and then which items could wait. I was never pressured into anything.
