UPDATE: This location totally redeemed themselves after I rushed over, last minute, to pick up a lengthy list of parts/supplies I needed for an early job the following day. It was nearing closing time, and I was worried I would not have enough time to gather everything I needed. I was greeted and assisted by Salvador, who went above and beyond to make sure I got every item on my shopping list without making me feel rushed or as if I was delaying his clock-out time. It really made my night, and definitely renewed my faith in this location. I will gladly choose this location for future purchases, and reccomend it to others. Javier at Pep Boys #759 helped me out big time today - when a different location wouldn't take me for a prearranged appointment, this location opened 5 minutes early to assist me with an oil change. The service was fast and reliable. The staff, especially Javier were extremely professional and polite. Thanks for such great service!
This place is awesome! I am in Austin to visit family and of course had a flat just as every tire repair shop was closing. I called Pep Boys, aired up my tire and drove straight there. They fixed my tire and sent me on my way in record time. I fully recommend them to anyone needing fast service.
Great service from each cashier. The product with the rebates brought us in. It was in stock. Nice store. I would like to see a little work done on the cleanliness of the floors, but I'm just picky like that.
