Made two trips here on separate days. On the first, the young guy told me to come the next day because Charles had left, and he didn't want to look at my car because it's his "equipment." It was 30 minutes to closing so not sure if he was blowing me off or the mechanics are independent contractors? On the second trip, they ascertained after several hours that they did not have the proper equipment to change brakes on my Audi A7.
Been using them for at least ten years, and have always gotten good service at a reasonable price.
I usually have my oil changed here. Price is reasonable. Staff present them selves as approachable!
My place ever to go for my car needs. The employees are caring and honest and always try to squeeze you in for service. They don't just put what they feel is best in your car and make u pay it. They first tell you ur best option and 2nd option and let u choice. And of course I pick the best. Very nice workers. I'm moving to another city but will still drive there for my car needs. That's how much I love that place. The prices are awesome.
