I’ve taken my cars to this location the past 25 years as Kurt’s Autowerks and Qualtech. Both have maintained a high level of honesty, integrity and quality st a fair price. Bob usually handles my service. He provides personal attention to make sure I’m informed throughout the service process and that the repair is correct. I recommend Qualtech to all.
Thankfully, I found Qualtech Automotive who changed everything! I've worked with Bob twice. The first time he took a look at my car, and allowed me on my way. The second time he worked a miracle on my car, and got me back on the road quickly and at a price I could afford. On top of that, Bob kept me updated and went above and beyond to be fair with pricing.
Richie is professional and honest about repairs and inspections. We had a light out and he reconnected the wire, no charge. Fantastic staff and mechanics, highly recommend!

As a single 25-30ish (don't ask me which end I'm closer too -- ha!) Austin female, taking your car into an automotive repair shop can be a nightmare experience....or at least it has been for me. In the past, I'd get mistreated, disrespected or taken advantage of with an overpriced estimate (for example).
I have been using QualTech since they opened a few years back and they have been great. They have worked on my Toyota to my Mercedes and always done exceptional work!
