Had what I needed. But roof rack straps for my two paddle boards. The staff was extremely friendly and I did a little research on roof rack travel shells. Will definitely buy from them again.
Ordered a Rhino Rack and that was delivered quickly, but there was a broken part. I contacted Rack Outfitters for help replacing the part and they never responded or acknowledged the support request. I ended up going directly to Rhino Rack and got excellent support. Would never purchase from Rack Outfitters again.
Stop by today to look at some Saris racks but they didn't have any but did look at Thule as well as Kuat gentleman was friendly they had lots of stuff unfortunately he wasn't as knowledgeable as I pointed out to racks that he didn't even know was there.
Fast delivery and great customer service. I purchased and shipped a rack to Baltimore MD and one of the parts was faulty. Customer service took care of the issues and sent out a replacement part that arrived in less than a week. Highly recommend.
