Nothing short of excellence every time I go to Baines Dentistry. I am very thankful to my wife for recommending me to Baines Dentistry after she and her siblings have been going there since they were children because they are that good. I look forward to every appointment, as my dental hygienist Cherie and Dr. Baines himself are extremely friendly, welcoming, and most importantly, informative. All questions I have are answered in detail, as well as recommendations for improvement. I never leave unsatisfied, and always believe I'm receiving the best dental care. Additionally, the staff are efficient with the scheduling of future appointments, paperwork for insurance, and payments, leaving you little to worry about. My wife and I no longer live down south near the office, but continue to make the long drive twice a year to receive phenomenal service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in Austin or the surrounding areas looking for a new dentist!
Dr Baines and his staff make the dentist visit so easy. They do all of the little things to make you comfortable. Dr Baines has a very calm demeanor, and really explains everything he is doing. He has the latest equipment and actually took the time to show me pictures of what He was seeing. It was a first for me. When was the last time your dentist checked on you the evening after you had a small cavity filled?? Dr Baines checked to be sure everything was okay. Wish I could give 6 stars. Dr Baines and staff were that good.
I'm not an easy patient with a great deal of metal in my mouth from years of dental work. I have endured a few dentists for a longer time than was in my best interest because of my resistance to change. Fortunately for me, I found Dr. Baines and his wonderful staff for all future dental work. His consultation and evaluation was very complete, and it was followed by a replacement filing that was cracked. Highly recommend.
I love this dentist! Dr. Baines and staff are truly awesome! I've read some of the other reviews and the stellar ratings are no surprise. I've been a patient at this practice since it first opened and can say that my personal experience, each and every time, has been first rate. They are friendly, dedicated and on top of their game. They are the best of the best! There is not one other business, service, entity, etc. that I could more fully recommend.
