The whole experience was positive. From the minute I walked in the door, the receptionist was great, thorough, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was clean and bright. The technician was thorough, gentle, and mindful of my nervousness for the visit. He chatted with me while we waited for the dentist and helped me feel relaxed. The dentist was very pleasant, and was an excellent teacher. She explained everything in a way that I could understand and addressed my questions and concerns throughout.
This was, by far, the BEST experience I've ever had at a dentist. The facility is extremely clean and well decorated. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and got me signed in and set up with paperwork quickly. Paperwork was completed on an iPad, which was also enjoyable and quick. And it took no time at all to get called back. Once there the assistant, Alex was super friendly and made me feel comfortable. They have TVs on the ceilings above the exam chairs that have Netflix so you can get lost in your favorite show while they do the dental work. The Dr. was also incredibly nice and explained everything thoroughly so I understood what she was seeing and explained future treatment. The checkout process was easy as well. I will definitely be making this my primary dentist for future visits!
I had my first appointment at Family Dentistry and this is, hands down, the best service I've ever had when it comes to the various doctors I've visited. The entire staff is very friendly and informative, listening to your concerns without trying to sell you on a procedure you may not want or need. The costs are also presented in a very thorough manner, an honest gesture I very much appreciate. It's been years since I've been to the dentist so I was a bit worried, but now I very much look forward to going back!
I had an awful toothache and no regular dentist. I discovered Family Dentistry online while researching dentists at 3 A.M. awake in pain. Oh, how fortunate I was to find this fantastic business! Not only was everyone incredibly attentive but kind and patient as well. Every employee I encountered during my visit made me feel confident in their work and I actually look forward to returning to the dentist! The whole crew there is great. They get you in and out in a timely fashion, explain the procedures in a way you can understand and everyone is friendly. We switched our whole family to them and are happy we did so.
