I did not have a good experience, Would not recommend.
My family and I recently moved to the Dripping Springs area from west Texas. We heard about Dr. Evy from a local neighbor and decided to try out the place since our kids were due for their dental cleaning. From the front office staff to the assistants to the Dr. compliments across the board, top line professionals. Dr. Evy has a great bedside manner. Glad to have found our kids' dentist!
The crown was placed in February of 2017 and its only October 2017, they are not going to fix the tooth as I was told it’s a front tooth and very crooked, but we’re going to charge me office fees (didn’t even honor my insurance contracted rates) because they are anticipating insurance not to cover.
They called me and dismissed me as a patient because I was not happy with the doctors work and walked out at my last visit because I wasn’t happy. I requested my insurance details and X-rays be sent to me, the manager Blanca stated she would get these to me.
I called a week later to follow up on having my X-rays sent to me. The doctor and Manager had me on speaker and told me to call my insurance for my info and were not following through with what the manager said she’d send to me. I still have not received my daughters images. The doctor also asked me about my negative review during the conversation of following up with not getting my requested info?.. Very inappropriate timing, I had to dismiss this conversation immediately.
No complaints about the initial hospital visit except for the amount the assistant was going to collect was more than on the treatment plan. When I showed her the treatment plan she called the office and verified that I was indeed correct. I also ended up getting a refund check later.
In March/April of this year the Manager said they would fix the front tooth at no cost to me, when I went in today the treatment plan did not reflect this. I wanted to give my child enough time that she would be cooperative and not
Went back today 10/24/2017 and had a limited exam and the male assistant was delivering the treatment plan to me aggressively and going back and forth with me about the fees/coverage/services - I’m in the field, I walked out in aggravation.
Absolutely stellar. 30 seconds and no crying at our 2 month lip and tongue tie corrections. Then today, almost 2 years old and possibility of crazy toddler times, they were just as professional and friendly as can be. Super sweet staff and clean updated office. Thanks Green Apple. They have the BEST customer service, hands down. It's not as common as it should be, and is very appreciated. From the first call to set the appointment to leaving the office, they are exceptional. Your kiddos will be comfortable, and so will you. Just fantastical!!!!
First office visit was rough because my child was difficult to work on and the crown fell off before I left the parking lot, had to go in for the same tooth twice in one day. I left very aggravated.
We visited Green Apple for a lip and tongue tie procedure and Dr. Guerrero and her staff could not have been more accommodating and informative. My son was evaluated, we had the short and long term effects of the surgery explained throughly, and left the room knowing he was in good hands for the procedure. It only took a few minutes and he seems pretty comfortable! I would highly recommend this office to anyone with little ones, these ladies are A+!

The staff at Green Apple is wonderful! I took my newborn in to treat a tongue tie today and it never occurred to me that this was just an examination, and the procedure would be scheduled for a later date. We live in San Antonio and making this trip with a two week old and very little sleep was rough. I mentioned this to them and they were able to accommodate us and get the procedure done the same day! Thank you so much Dr. Evy and staff! We appreciate you more than you know!
