I had such a great visit to Lake Austin Family Dental. The staff was great, and Dr Koen was very helpful and thorough. I would highly recommend this place!
I'm not sure "Loved It" is the appropriate phrase for ANY dental experience because I have a huge fear of dental service due to some bad childhood experiences. I had gone to the same dentist for 17 years and was very anxious and concerned about finding a new dentist. Dr. Harris and the staff at Lake Austin Family Dental took great care of me and alleviated my dental fear and are now my new dental care professionals. My young daughter is even comfortable with them. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Horrible. Lying, scammers. This place is a joke. They cut up my mouth and gums so bad they had no professional ethic. They would talk to you as if you were disabled. It has been over 3 years and these people have the nerve to charge me for a consultation after I told them my insurance would only over 1 time visit over a 6 month period. The receptionist who emailed me every message stating that I would NOT get charged for a consultation. I have the emails till this day and they still want to try and collect money from me. I've even tried talking to these people when they first sent it to collections and they won't take blame for THIER mistake. And they call themselves a "family business". What a joke. This place is heartless and all they want is your MONEY. and the Dr Janelle wore low top shirts where you can see pretty much everything. How family appropriate, It was disgusting. Cover yourself up and quit your job. You're a horrible business woman. And you're horrible at your job and so is the rest of your incompitant staff.
