I am new to the Austin area and approached finding a dentist with trepidation. My wife saw Dr. Bell and recommended him to me. I have now seen Dr. Bell twice, once for a broken tooth and today for a root canal. I found the experience in both cases to be absolutely superior. He did a great job with very little pain, the work was great and his staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Given that the nature of a dental visit is not the most pleasant or comfortable to begin with; makes the fact that those are the two most accurate words, in my opinion, to describe my visits here speaks volumes. They go out of their way on a daily basis to make the experience more enjoyable for the patient with cutting edge dental equipment in addition to techniques all aimed at providing a more effective and less dreaded visit to the dentist. I am very fortunate to have found such a professional to trust with something so important as my teeth.
My husband has been seeing Dr. Bell for the past 2+ years and has been trying to get me to switch dentists and join him. I finally switched this week and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bell and his team. Everyone was very nice. The appointment started on time. And the team was very thorough. I'll admit that going to the dentist is not my favorite thing - but it was an overall pleasant experience and I'll definitely be sticking with this practice!
I'm not proud to admit that I have bolted from the chair mid-procedure at the dentist's office. That said, Dr. Bell and his staff have worked with me to overcome my (not completely irrational) fear of dentists. He's a great dentist with a great staff. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.
