Dr Tjan actually listens to what you're saying! Since he started at Midtown I've not had to dread appointments or wonder if the treatment plans are truly appropriate for me. He is extremely patient, ensures that you're comfortable during any procedure and makes you feel like you're in really good hands.
Yesterday I had my first visit to Midtown, so it remains to be seen how good the actual work will be (all indications are that it will be great). I lost half a tooth Sunday night, called Midtown Monday afternoon and was seen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday. The office is beautiful and high tech. Dr. Wootton, his assistant Nelda, and everyone is absolutely professional, accommodating and very personable. I had to get a filling in the tooth next to the broken one as well as a temporary crown. There was zero pain during and still a day after the procedure. I was given a detailed accounting of cost prior to the work, and all was handled perfectly. I highly recommend this dentist and team.
I can't say enough about his skills and knowledge, I have been impressed with him and the team in all my recent visits.
I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Tjan at my dental appointment a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Tjan was able to fix a chip on my tooth that I've had since a child, and I am so happy with the outcome. He was also very receptive to my questions and helpful in explaining to me options for my teeth. I would definitely recommend Midtown Dental Associates.
My experience with Midtown Dental was great from start to finish. Super easy to schedule an appointment and everyone in the front is friendly and professional. Christina was the dental hygienist that worked on my teeth and she did an absolutely amazing job, could not be any happier! Dr. Jeffrey Tjan looked over my x-rays and suggested the next couple steps which included some fillings the same day. I've not seen a dentist in 6-7 years so I had some issues that needed to be taken care of pretty quickly. Dr. Tjan and Ashley worked on the fillings and everything came out great. I definitely recommend Midtown Dental and Dr. Tjan to everyone looking for a dentist in Austin! 5 out of 5 stars!
At every level, I was treated with respect from midtown dental. The ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and warming. I really want to give credit when it's earned. I had the pleasure of getting scheduled with Dr. Tjan. Not only was his work - top quality, but very attentive. Explained in deep details, of procedure and small deatils to prevent damage. Very kind and respectful. I will no longer dread dentist appointments. I feel very welcomed. Thank you!
