I have never been to such an amazing dentist as Dr. Shelby Knight! I have seen Dr. Knight for years and love how calm, patient, gentle and kind he is. Dr. Knight takes time with his patients! He gets to know you and what your wishes are. Dr. Knight is awesome and I will forever go to see him for all my dental needs!

Dr. Shelby Knight at South Austin Family Dental is the best dentist I've ever had. I've been going there for 4 years and every visit (cleanings every 6 months, getting a mouthguard, having my teeth whitened) is a breeze. He's kind and always takes the time to explain things to me and make sure all my questions are answered. I really appreciate that. Going to the dentist is never that much fun, but I've been nothing but happy with my experience with Dr. Knight.
so i paid for 2 cleanings in 1 week.

i was over charged for a cleaning and my favorite dentist had more openings so i went there for a second opinion and he said they missed alot of tarter and didnt complete it correctly.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM............they will not reimburse me at all........

so i called raven and she said the lady that cleans teeth has 23 years of experience and shes to perfect to make a mistake so basically no refund or admission of guilt or even a sorry
I asked for my x-rays and they gave me some snotty attitude when they knew i was leaving them. they said they sent them to me but i didnt get them so they lie...........and the lady i gave my email to forgot the @ symbol when sending the email lol what a blonde moment for a brown haired gal.
I have been going to South Austin Family Dental since 2009. I have always had the best treatment. I have my cleanings every six months, and Dr. Knight is always very thorough. I have been to dentists office previously that tried to upsale things like teeth whitening or a lot of cosmetic nonsense and South Austin Family Dental is always very professional, and have only recommended necessary medical treatments. I have never once had to listen to a sales pitch on anything. I have always gone to Dr. Knight, and he is the best. I have recommended many friends and coworkers to this dentists' office, and while I live in Austin I will always call this my dentist office.
I informed them i have a bite guard at home and they tried to slip one in for me to purchase anyway for 500 dollars.I dismissed that work good thing i caught it.
