Avoid this place. I called to make an appointment to get a retainer removed, as it does say Orthodontics in the name. They give me a price and say I will need to have a new retainer put in. I say no thanks I don't want a new one. I just want broken one removed. They quote me a price, I say, "that includes EVERYTHING?" Yes everything. Nothing else will need done? No that is the price $60, and that is without the new retainer? Yes. I am greated by a Dr. She is very nice don't get me wrong. She repeats what I am in for I say yes. She says the new retainer will be $75. I say I am not getting a new one. Well i am just a Dr. Not an orthodontist. I don't want you saying your teeth are ruined if they shift again. Why when I made an appointment for an orthodontic procedure am I just seeing a Dr???? Not feeling too great. Then an office worker comes in and quotes a price $99 for todays visit. Huh? I was given a $60 quote? Well it is $39 for the oral exam. Huh??? Oh you mean $39 for the 15 seconds she spent tapping my teeth and looking at my old retainer??? So not, being seen by an orthodontist, who by the way is only there 2 days a month, and being charged an extra $39 for a 15 second "exam." And making me sign a waiver because she doesn't want me suing them because she is "just" a Dr, not an orthodontist, which is what I should have had.Just please remove this retainer so I can leave. I don't recommend this place. Nice and shiny tv monitors everywhere you turn, business ethics zip.
Staff did not let me know when making the appointment that they do not work on cavaties for 5 year olds. I paid $102 for the doctor to send me somewhere else.
Just overall a really great dentist.
She had to extract one of my back molars with really long roots and explained to me everything to expect so I was never shocked or nervous. She told me we could take breaks if needed and always made sure I was OK. Told me everything to look out for/expect in healing process and how the process of getting the implant will go.
I went to 2 other dentists to get an exam and quote before choosing this one and even though one of the others was a little cheaper, I'm really glad I came here.
They called to check up on me a few days later which was nice.
Awesome place. You can watch TV in the exam rooms and waiting room. All of the staff is really nice and down to earth. The dentist I see is Dr. Johnson and she's great. Puts everything in laymen terms haha and just really nice and down to earth as well.
I don't usually write reviews but they definitely deserve a great one.
Going to the dentist kind of sucks in general but this place makes it so much better.
All the staff and doctors are so friendly and professional! I can't remember everyone's name but Vicki and Scarlett and Lisa were especially nice, happy to have such a cool dentist close by, especially one that doesn't make you wait all day -- and they made the billing easy.

Dr. Johnson is great! The entire staff is extremely nice. Brooke worked with me on payment plans when I had large balances to pay. Appointments are usually on time. Never too long of a wait.
