Steven is the only dentist I trust in Austin and I've been coming to see him since I was a child. I have ventured out due to insurance requirements, but they are never as good as Steven and his hygienists. They are all very comforting and put up with my irrational fear of dental work. I have also been told by other dentists that I need to spend thousands on dental work, which turned out to be unnecessary. So now I pay a little extra to my Dental PPO every month to be able to go there and have as good of a dental experience that can be.
I have been to many dentists offices in my life and i have to say Steven Van Wicklen has the best overall service, staff and office I have experienced. Modern equipment and extremely friendly staff really make a difference.
I've gone to the offices of Dr. Van Wicklen for 3 years now, and I'll keep going to them for as long as I am able. I'm told it is becoming exceedingly more rare to find a dentist office that is truly great from the Front Office to the head Dentist. They are courteous, professional, and all-around skilled at what they do. I always leave knowing my exact dental situation, and all of my questions are answered with ease. I could not recommend them enough, as I have referred family and friends already.
