Got there at 1:30 Was taking back in about 20 min got to room ma asked me a few questions left then I sat there till 3:20 doctor comes in takes 10 min with me and I'm out the door at 3:30 She tells me to wait I'm front because I needed to get labs so I go wait for another 30 min sitting there patiently even after all of this . I get up and ask is it going more time the lady says let me go see if they have your papers . She goes back then comes and says their still working on some things they'll being it up in a second . So I sit here comes this other lady and says come here doctor wants you to get some labs and she'll see you in two weeks , so you can schedule your appointment I go to front and waiting for appointment . She tells me have you got your labs I'm like no she says well go ahead and head over there and do that . I go to lab girl comes out and says you don't have anything . So she goes to front ask the ladies comes back and tells me I don't have any labs . She ask do you know what you needed to get done so I explain to her and she comes back. Oh sorry yes you have some the reason we couldn't see anything was because the doctor didn't put them in at this point I feel like throwing everything screaming and switching doctor's but I so far along I'm like I can just wait it out . The front desk girl tells me sorry about the wait . I'm like it's okay . She says their adding some speciality clinic so it's taking longer and it's just going to get worse . I work In a medical staff to and our clinic would never say this to a patient if anything we would be on top of it to get this person put fast . Unbelievable
They Take forever and a DAY. All that just for a 10mim visit. Smh
Bad bad bad service. I do not recommend anybody to come here. The building is old and smell, the ladies in front were not friendly. I wish i can give them a negative star.
a pouting guard scolding the children for taking a cover mouths are not public I have and lie that they are for when they have a cough that is wrong that will take one that ill treatment
The Drs were nice but i agree, the ladys in the front desk weren't friendly or any help. Some of the equipment didn't work in the room. Thinking maybe they will move me to another room or bring another machine in but NO. Told me to wait up front to do lab work. I waited til i finally went and asked the front desk what was taking so long, they said i had to go to the lab window. See no one told me that. Then the lab was closed for lunch
