I set an appointment a week and a half in andvance, I call the day before to confirm the date. They had my name wrong. I show up the next day with both my names, just in case, and they tell me they already took too many walk ins and that I can wait 2 hours after my scheduled appointment time in order to see the Dr. There were 3 patients sitting in the waiting area... This place is unprofessional and while I was asking for a new patient form, I just decided to leave because it wasn't worth the amount of attitude radiating of the woman patronizing me. Point being, if you're desperate come see this facility as a walk in, they don't respect appointments, nor record the right scheduled time.

Agueros Sr. used to be my doctor since I was 5, sadly he passed on and now my doctor is his son Horacio Agueros. He is so kind hearted and humble. :)
