So I took my granddaughter there, we got there at 5.30 PM and the receptionist started asking questions like she was the doctor, after I told her all of my granddaughter's symptoms, she said that they had already seen all the patients that they could see for the day. So, let me get this straight, what were they going to do there from 5.30 to 8.00 PM? Just sit around til closing time while there are still patients walking in? What is the case in being open at all til 8.00 PM? Wow, what a shame.
These people are never open nor do they answer the ph. The website and ph greeting gives specific times and they say I don't need an appointment yet I'm am constantly turned away and told to come bk hours later. Very frustrating:(
Rude , unprofessional reception , unorganized... Called them cuz my son sick they tell me to bring my child in , then tell me i have to wait til 1:00 an will b all afternoon wait ... However i asked when i called, No just bring him in ! Rude unprofessional staff....
I got at there about 2:30 on a Friday, with one other person in the waiting room (but there were other patients waiting in exam rooms). I was done by 3:30 after a 5 minute visit with a very nice competent male doctor. Scripts were sent within minutes! And yes, an hour is a long time especially when you're sick, or your kids are. But, the copay for me was $25. If you go to an ER clinic, doc-in-box, cost would likely be 10x that amount w/o insurance. If you choose to go, just know there will be a wait. Other staff was okay, but not as caring/concerned as most doctors offices I've been to.
Horrible, slow, and waste of time sums up every Community Care experience I've had. I came in to this location at 1pm. Room full of people, around 10-12 all waiting to sign-in. After 5minutes they put out sign in sheet. I sign in and leave for food considering how many people waiting. I come back an hour later they tell me I was already called, OK, I sign in again. This time I wait inside for over 2.5hours and still haven't been seen. Its my fault for leaving first time, but I expected wait to be long, but second time around same amount of people inside and the wait is 2hrs+ this place needs to be shut down.
