However, my son's therapist is amazing and we are always seen in a timely manner by her.
Here's an idea Austin Integral Care Receptionist: stop being rude and do your job correctly then maybe you won't have so many pissed off parents giving you crap!
The doctor is constantly changing or they come up with some bogus way to schedule.
It shouldn't take 10 minutes of waiting just to get checked in. Receptionists there are never helpful or friendly, they have a "don't give a crap" attitude. If you schedule an appointment you better check twice that they put you on the schedule!!! And if you call them out on there screw ups they will hang up on you!
