Unfortunately, I received a call a few hours later from Anthony telling me that they do not use their online booking system (very strange based on the system only showing me select times and receiving that confirmation email). He then stated he would have to cancel my appointment. After listening to the voicemail I was extremely irritated about my appointment being cancelled without speaking with me and offering an alternative time at my convenience. I called Anthony back to reschedule my appointment and he replied "we're booked" without offering me ANY alternatives. I asked why they were taking appointments though the online portal and he replied "I don't know, no one ever uses it."
I was really looking forward to my appointment at Harmony Health. I booked my appointment online and was very impressed with the ease of doing so. During scheduling, I was shown three available times for my service and they were scattered throughout the business day. Based on the interface AND receiving an appointment confirmation email I felt very satisfied with the booking.
I left this brief and utterly frustrating discussion with the sense that Anthoby wasn't being honest and was only interested in closing the office early that day. So I hope he enjoys his afternoon off because turning away paying customers will come back to haunt you.
