There are some lovely things in this store, but be careful spending too much money. Some of the items in the cases aren't marked as such but they are made in China. We ordered a men's wedding band that I thought was designed by an artisan and while the ring in the store did NOT have any writing inside when we got our ring in my husband's size it said Titanium China inside the band. I showed it off to friend as a cool ring I got at this special store in Austin, TX only to be a little embarrassed when my friend noticed the China stamp. I think the stuff is pretty, but just make sure you ask questions. When I brought it to the store's attention they said they didn't know and offered us another ring design, but I followed up three times and they never sent me anything or returned emails or calls.

I recently purchased a custom ring from their store. The original girl who waited on me was very helpful and cooperative. However, once I made my purchase I never heard from her again and the level of service dropped considerably from all the employees. On the day the piece arrived, and I went to pick it up the staff working was not very friendly.
The ring is outstanding, I am very happy with the final product and the price I paid for it. However, the level of service is unacceptable. I will take my future business somewhere else.
