Fantastic customer service. I needed some jewelry appraisals done for insurance purposes so stopped in to Kruger's after hearing good things from a friend. Paul the gemologist was extremely patient and knowledgeable while helping me out. Both times I went, I was able to walk in and get service with no appointment and no waiting. Very helpful staff and everyone has a smile on their face. Would definitely recommend if you need an appraisal done!
While visiting Austin this weekend for a wedding, I unfortunately brought my only watch without a working battery!? A visit to Kruger's did the trick and the lovely lady did it complimentary for me! Such a delightful surprise.
I was so excited to go here to look at wedding bands, as my fiancé and I are recently engaged, and we both live nearby on South Congress and work downtown. I was so disappointed when we went inside; it was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. The man (Paul) was incredibly disinterested, and didn't ask any questions in attempt to be helpful or accommodating. We left feeling confused and even slightly embarrassed. Definitely not going back to buy wedding bands there.
