Pandora Jewelry is awesome, Christie, giovanna, sabreen, and Morgan all helped me out to pick out my wife's bracelet! I was sort of confused cause they were all so willing to help out I figure since I was spending so much they were doing it for commission but they actually don't make any commission there. So its good to know that they were all just helping to give good customer service. I thank them for everything and laura burns for having such a great team!

Terrible service. I've spent hundreds here and came in to get my Fiancées bracelet cleaned. They told me that they weren't doing cleanings today because they were "slammed". The store was almost empty and they wouldn't even let us drop it for pick up later in the day. Asked to speak to the manager, Laura Burns, but she would only relay her message to the other workers.
It's a good store. What else are you going to get your girlfriend? Flowers? She wants that pandora Jewelry.
