The whole experience was the worst ever. Jackie lied to me so many times I stopped counting. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt about trying to recieve my jewelry but its been a month and I have not came close to get a tracking number or my jewelry. I called yesterday (14 May 2017) only to to have a guy answer the phone to say she's in the restroom to call back in 10 mins. I call back she answers the phone saying she just walked through the door. Im like which is it the bathroom or just got there. Im currently dealing with customer relations in getting my full refund back and Iwill NEVER deal with these people again. I was refered to them but I guess im not in the circle or something because I have never seen such unprofessionalism like this from a company that suppose to be this popular. I have to take things higher to get my issue settled because Jackie refused to honor my request to refund me bacuse I havent recieved the item but they recieved the money. I will not refer anyone to this place ever. Total Liars.

People are just hating. I bought my top and bottom grill and plus a ring for my wife got a baby bracelet and very good deal on chain straight up no complaints he and jackie always respectful and always on time with my items. Best jewelry store ever beats that fake ass treasures and to those complaining sorry that you wanna be treated like kings but hey people need time to make their masterpieces then if not u complaining about how its not what u want.
Robert Coronado Jr, everyone's experience is different. I only asked to be treated like a customer. I followed Jackie's directions as she stated. I called when I was told to call they ignored me and my phone call. I'm glad you had a great experience. To say someone wanted to be treated like a king is really reaching. Being a business owner I know how it is to treat customers and to follow up with them even when it's not what they like to hear. I never met TJ although I see in one review he responded to a disgruntled customer and to me that was professional by taking care of that customer. I received nothing from them nor was it a bad initial visit when I made my order. I deserve to be treated like I stated as a CUSTOMER. I respect all small businesses. I know as long as I have choices I will move elsewhere no matter how good the item is. It's all about respect. I gave them that but I received nothing back. I was done with them when I finally got my item and I'm over it but I will not have that same feeling I had in the beginning not referring people to them. I'm sure when things happen like this it takes a hit good or bad so I've closed that book and wish them nothing but the best and enjoy your items and I will enjoy mine. #respect TJ Jewelry
