Horrible customer service, incompetent staff and overcharged me based on previously quoted price. Do not use even if it's convenient.
This place is SUPER shady with their pricing! They NEVER have a pricing sheet or board up until a few months ago. So when I would ask them how much certain things cost they would give you the WORST attitude and jump down you throat about it. Craziness! A few months back they finally put up a pricing board up with a Dry Cleaning special of "20% off any $50 or more of Dry Cleaning". When I took our clothes in today, I asked the lady why the discount wasn't applied to my ticket and she said that I needed a "coupon". And I said that previously it was posted on the board, and when I turned around to look at the board all the pricing was covered up with papers including the special! When I asked where I could get a "coupon" for it- she said they didn't have any. Seriously, WTF!!!! They're super sketchy and unprofessional! After I pick up our clothes tomorrow I won't be going back. They're the worst!
Clerk was exceptionally rude to me. When I went in to pick up my garments the day after I dropped them off (they don't do same-day cleaning), I was told that I was mistaken and should come back the following day, two days after the morning I had dropped them off. I went back the following day to pick up, and the clerk was on a personal call the whole time; she didn't speak a word to me throughout the entire transaction.
TERRIBLE service, they were late opening on Tuesday and again today when I picked up. He overcharged me. Did get a refund. I will never go there again.
