I waited and waited for them to give me an answer and or an apology or a credit or SOMETHING.
I went there for a long time but will not be doing business with them ever again.
Horrible experience and customer service. This place is over priced and can't even do a simple job. I had 2 pairs of shorts that needed the buttons sewed back on.The first time they flat out returned them to me without even putting them on the 2nd time I got them back they fell off right away I tried a 3rd time and they fell of again after wearing the shorts once. Their response well we send them out. Maybe they should use a different vendor. I gave up NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE
I have gone to this American Cleaners for almost 2 years. The last time I went (this week) I had specifically asked them to ONLY alter two of my dresses. When I went to pick them up I was shocked at the price and it turned out they dry cleaned them and altered them. I told them that I had specifically asked for them to be altered and not dry cleaned so I shouldn't have to pay for that. The lady said the manager would call me the next day, never happened. When I went back a couple days later the same lady was there and she basically said "too bad they were already dry cleaned so you have to pay." I told her she would lose me as a customer because I can't trust that they wouldn't do this again, unless she would remove the charge. She just repeated herself and said too bad basically. So much for customer loyalty. I will never go back
One of my new shirts came back with burned holes under the arm.
Horrible customer service. It is overpriced and they truly do not care about their customers. Was quoted one price when I dropped my clothes off and was charged for much more than the original quote.
I would not go back there again.

Said that it came like that and the lady at the front would not look me in the eye and started helping the person behind me.
I finally went in to address the situation and they refused to do anything.
