Food was cold when received. Hopefully I dont get sick..pork was yummy and fried rice delicious
Terrible service, even by fast food standards. Waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Finally paid and was told to wait 4-5 minutes in the parking lot for the order. After 10 minutes I went back in and the order was just sitting in a bag by the order window. Not even a "sorry for the wait". Absolutely pathetic service.
HOW IN THE HELL ARE YOU ALWAYS OUT OF ORANGE CHICKEN?!??? 4 out of the last 5 times that's been the case. PRO TIP: MAKE MORE OF YOU'RE MOST POPULAR ITEM DURING RUSH HOUR!!!!!!!!!
The food was burnt and the portion was tiny and I had to wait 35 mins in the drive thru... Piss Poor!
Sure not the best but for a fast food chain the food is good. I have never had any problem the the service either.
