Sales: I inputted my information in online forms for 3 moving companies, including Austin Moving Forward. One competing company called me first, about an hour later, and had a good pitch. I probably would have signed up with them, but the salesperson did not ask for the sale instead told me to call back if I wanted to schedule. The second company never called just emailed me the quote. Max called 90 minutes after I filled out the form and had by far the best presentation. Pricing was $5/hr less than second place (and quoted half the time the other said it would take), and he asked for the sale at the end of the call. I enthusiastically signed up over the phone. Overall I give Max an A. Only improvement would be to call sooner. 90 minutes from inputting info into the form isn't bad though, and his professionalism was exceptional.
Movers: Dillon and Christian handled my move. They were scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9am. Dillon called me at 7:59am and told me they'd be there at 8:20 or so. Max quoted me for 2 hours to move my 1 bedroom on 3rd floor to my new 1 bedroom also on 3rd floor. I didn't believe him and figured it would end up taking 3 hours. Dillon and Christian were extremely professional, careful, and these guys moved very fast. The move took 2 hours exactly, including drive from central Austin to Cedar Park. Granted I travel light and don't have a lot of heavy stuff, but these guys were very fast, professional, careful, and honestly did a perfect job. Dillon and Christian get an A+ (and a good tip).

I felt very taken care of even though I had called in a frantic state.
