They do NOT SELL insurance as they say how can we charge you extra to do the job right?

We used another local company a few years ago. Great logos and trucks. Despite 3 reminders and a look by guys to stop bugging them, they left a 10 speed behind. It was then stolen. They admitted the problem and despite that and despite me paying for “ upper end insurance “- the claim was denied ($300) and paid nothing. I was aggravated but it’s a matter of how much energy do you have after a move.

We used for a local move. We have used many movers over the years for moves between states, cities and local moves.
Best moving experience ever. The movers took instructions for what to take once and executed it perfectly without further instruction from me. They moved with a purpose, not slow at all. A couple times I saw them jogging/ running out of the truck back to the house to pick up more boxes. They wrap all your furniture for you that you didn't wrap yourself to protect it. Takes a bit more time, but I appreciated it.
Moving is stressful. Do yourself a favor and hire Einstein. You would be crazy not to.
Richard and Elijah were wonderful! They worked quickly but also took care to protect our items. The price was exactly as quoted. No hidden or surprise fees. Brian (the owner) went out of his way to make sure we had a good experience with our move and we really appreciate it. Out of the 3 moving companies I've used before, this one is by far my favorite and I will definitely use them when I need to move again. Incredible service. That's no exaggeration. These guys really understand customer service and they are amazing. I recently moved with Erik S and Jason K. These guys treated all of my belongings as if they were their own....maybe even better than if they were theirs! I will never use a different moving company based on how amazingly smooth and helpful the experience was with Einstein.
