I was contracted to make repairs on some furniture damaged by Big Easy's Moving. The repairs were made to the 100% satisfaction of the client (the homeowner). Four months later, they have still not paid for these repairs. Each month I am given an apology, an excuse and a promise of payment by the owner Nick. All attempts at communication are now being ignored. I contacted the client and he's confirmed his satisfaction along with his supreme disappointment in the moving company. Aside from knowing that they nearly ruined an executive desk, I cannot speak to their moving abilities. However, theft of services is a crime and I would never invite criminals into my home to handle my personal belongings.
The third thing I noticed was how quickly and carefully the moving team packed my furniture, disassembled all my bed frames, secured my household goods, and carried them to the truck. An hour and a half for a loaded 3 bedroom apartment. They were even faster on the unload and completed the whole job in less time than quoted.
The second thing I noticed was the equipment they brought with them. Stacks of furniture pads, huge rolls of plastic wrap, boxes of shipping tape, two-man heavy lift kits, super-duty hand dollies, and a huge truck with enough hydraulic equipment and horsepower to move all your stuff like it was floating on ice.
I could not have completed my relocation without my moving team at Big Easy's Moving. They protected my new place, took care of my stuff like it was their own, and saved me money. So amen to that!
My neighbors used Big Easy's when they moved in a few months ago and they did damage to my property. I've tried contacting them several times about it and they keep giving me the run around. At first they said email them a quote for the damage, which I did. After that, no response. I will never consider this company when moving next.

The first thing I noticed was the attitude of the moving team when they arrived at my home. These guys were fanatical about doing my heavy lifting. Their enthusiasm, determination, and endurance was incredible in 104 degree weather. If the relocation industry has an elite commando training school, these guys are distinguished graduates. The team coached each other, encouraged each other, and made me feel like my move was the best thing going on that day.
The last thing I noticed, and this is really important, is that after the move the walls of my new home didn't have a mark on them anywhere, not a scratch or blemish on my furniture, and everything they disassembled was reassembled without so much as a single missing lock washer. It was like the movers were never there.
The guys at Big Easy's Moving are great! Friendly, fast, courteous and professional. They helped move my wife and I from a one bedroom first floor apartment to a 3 bedroom house in less than 3 hours with two guys! Not to mention they accommodated for us last minute. Wrapped all the important furniture and were careful with all our items. They even went above and beyond to replace a couple small items that were damaged in the process! We will happily recommend!

I have used Big Easy for three years and they have moved me several times, my family, in to houses, apartment on steep inclines, to another city. They have also moved my offices several times, com out an arranged my storage rooms, picked up loads of donations and moved flooring and building supplies. All of the guys have been great, they are fast, careful and go above and beyond. They charge a fair price for their work and it is worth it. They are my go to for any move, big or small.
