Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F, and I can see why. AND their moving company license has been REVOKED by the state of Texas - you can look a company up on the Texas DMV site under their "Don't Make A Move Without Us!" database. For those who've been wronged, **file a complaint through this system**
They were the sub-contractor for a freight delivery. My delivery sat in their warehouse for over a week. On the day of delivery they quoted 9-11 AM. At 11 AM, they said they were 8 minutes away. My delivery finally arrived at 1:00. At the house 3 doors down from me. Bad logistics. Bad expectation management. The guys who delivered were nice (thus the 2 stars).
Worst experience I have ever had. Would give them -5 if I could. Staff are complete morons IE Amanda and Melissa. First delivery personnel brake my coffee table and embedded glass in the mattress so they have to take it back. Filing a claim is a joke. There claims department consist of one lady who was out of the country with no expected return date and no one knows how the claims process works. "its a different department". If your expecting a return call from management forget it. Once the replacement was ready I ask them for an afternoon delivery, they tell me between 2 and 5. Then they call me the next day at 11:30 telling me I need to be home in 20 minutes like I don't have a damn job and I can come and go as I please. Once I reiterate the time frame I was given Amanda said there are no grantees and I need to make arrangements to receive the mattress in 20 minutes. When asking for a supervisor she is always on the floor receiving a truck and it will be 2 hours on hold if I would like to wait. Customer service is there LAST priority. Finally canceled my whole damn order and wiped my hands of the situation. One month of my life I will never get back. Don't waste your time or energy with this company. Your better off doing it your damn self. This company sucks.
First, I will state the set up for delivery and the business aspect of my transaction was great. They communicated the day/time of delivery very accurately. However, when the movers showed up, we saw a total different side to their company. Jose was one of the movers and showed up with a negative ticked off attitude. Steve, the other mover, made up for this with his positive outlook and smile. Thank you, Steve, for representing your company in a positive manner. It was truly appreciated.

It's super upsetting that online companies like Amazon, Overstock, etc continue to contract with this absolutely terrible, incompetent, shockingly unprofessional company just to save a dollar or two per delivery for their profit margin. In the future when I purchase a large item from an online retailer, I'm going to make them tell me who they use as the local point freight service - and if it's Elephant, I'm going to not buy from that retailer.
