This is a nice little area right before where you can go and see the river. When I went there were no kids playing which made it kind of haunting. It's in a neighborhood so be mindful of the people in the area. The way to get to the river involves a super steep hill which is nerve wracking to go up and down. It's a nice quiet area and the park setting is beautiful.

Extremely steep hill to get down to the river's edge, but a nice quiet area to get away from the city life. We were the only 2 people there. One of the neighbors was a bit curious when we were leaving. She asked us every question in the book about our intentions in the park. I had to double check to see if we were on private property. We weren't. Nice place, but that experience definitely wasn't a welcoming experience.
Very basic park. Well maintained enough, but not fancy. The water access has a bulkhead, but walk in is steep. Up top there is a playground and open area to run around.
