Great Dog Park! Lots of room. Seperate area for small dogs, if you prefer. This park usually has lots of dogs, especially on evenings and weekends. No port-a-potty though, so make sure to walk yourself, first.
I've only been once, but there's lots of room, all the dogs seemed friendly and the owners responsible. I'll definitely be going back!
You must take care when you bring your dog. My friends dog as well as mine was invoved in a three way fight. I had just adopted a mix breed 2 yr old pup and she held her own very well. It was hard to separate the 3 of them. You take a chance of getting severly bitten. Good luck it was a nice place.
This place is awesome! Lots of trees, lots of shade, very large area for the big dogs and a nice small area for the small dogs. The entrance is double gated also. There is a place to give your dog water and lots of water bowls everywhere
My dog and I currently live in San Diego where you can throw a rock and hit an off leash dog park. I'm visiting Austin and have been looking for a legitimate park for 4 days. This park is WONDERFUL! It has a ton of shade, a good amount of seating, grassy areas and water for the dogs. The other dog owners seem very aware of the natural behaviors and aren't too lax if the dog gets agitated. All in all I will frequent this park while I'm here and pass the word around.
