Fun place to take the dogs. People are pretty good about picking up after their dogs here. We've come here in kayaks a couple of times and it was very fun. I love seeing all of the dogs run free.
Awesome dog park with plenty of space for dogs to run around and play. You'll run into a ton of friendly people and dogs while you're here, and the scenery is beautiful! Your dog can also take a dip in Lake Austin while you wave at kayakers on the water. However, the secret is out and there is almost always a super long wait if you're trying to park here since the lot is tiny. Avoid driving if you can, but unfortunately there's not much nearby parking on Lake Austin Blvd or Redbud Trail either.
Best dog park in Austin, possibly in the world! The park is fully off-leash and has lots of space and swimming for dogs (no human swimming allowed). Parking is rough on weekday mornings, so expect to wait in line for a spot.
Amazing dog park if u can get a parking spot. Usually have to wait a few minutes (10-15) for parking but there is a good system people use to wait. Good trail for running while the dogs play in the water. One of my favorite spots
Great dog park for dogs that want to socialize, play fetch in the big field, swim, or learn to swim. I taught my pup that he actually loves swimming at Red Bud. The people that take their dogs there are also very cool. Only con is that parking is tough on weekends or at busy times. Just wait in the car till someone leaves. It's worth the wait.
