It's not bad here, though the walk between stages was kind of annoying. It's a little oddly built, but a decent place for events.
I helped with Android BBQ and chose this location. There are nice views and indoor plumbing which is always a plus. I only wish it was a tad more affordable and those in charge with communication were a little quicker to respond to calls and emails.
Now I'm quite bias about this place over other parks due to the fact its once a year Texas Craft Brewers Festival. It was a blast attending the event and the venue fits the bill. There was plenty of room to check out the event and parking.
There's a lot you can do here, I enjoy it.
This is a great place to run, picnic, walk, relax, meditate, do yoga, let your dog run around, play with your dog, attend various festivals, play in the rare snow, ride a bike....
An interesting place with great views of the river. The facilities were spacious but dated. There is not enough parking.
Minus one star for the lack of grass growth.
