A gotta-see place! The Japanese Garden is worth seeing! Such beauty and tranquility. First, the red fish greeted me. Then a few more came over. Then all of the fish came over and stayed long after I took several pictures. The ladies at the gift shop are great. Friendly, helpful and charming. I truly enjoyed my visit.
Went here for the first time and we loved it. Our 1 year old had a blast strolling around and it's so pretty! Some areas was a little tough to walk with considering we had a stroller but that's more because she's so young still. I'm sure when we go back it'll be even better. Can't wait! The gift shop is also adorable.
Fairly inexpensive... decent garden. Worth the trip - have 1-2 hours worth of trails sporting fauna from several different biospheres. Girlfriend loved it
Great place to take pictures! Very cost effective if looking for something nature oriented to do in Austin. $3 for non Austin residents is not bad at all! Will definitely be back here.
One of Austin’s finest gems. Limited parking on their busiest days but otherwise rather accessible! Well kept would be an understatement, the grounds were spectacularly maintained. Always a pleasureable escape!
