Very friendly staff, reasonable prices (prorated to five minutes — very non-touristy trappy), and on a beautiful section of the river path. Very good use of 2-3 hours.
Really cool guys working here. NY kids bike dropped a pedal and they took the time (they were pretty busy) to help me out. Great customer service here!
These guys are awesome. Gabriel, the owner Mark, and the rest of the guys are awesome. It was quick and easy to rent. We will def be here again. They have a very informative map to give you. Trail is also super easy to get on from the store.
had a great experience renting a bicycle here. The price is great, the location is perfect, and the staff were very kind. Their website says they strive to put customer service first and you can tell they mean it. Helped me pick out a bike, pointed me in the direction of some of the highlights in the area. Would very much recommend and will be back for future trips to Austin.
This place is fantastic. Really helpful dudes working there a really nice customer environment and very reasonable rates and good services. The bikes are functional for getting around town and they provide lights as well as a lock. Rental rates are just fine. Mostly these were a nice bunch of fellows who are super super helpful to an out-of-towner.
