I went in for a tube repair and receivedvery friendly and expert service from Sage. Considering I am a bike novice, she was extremely patient and willing to explain how the repair was done. I will be returning and would definitely recommend SHIFT to anyone needing a bike or repairs.
These guys helped me sell a nice carbon bike, some parts and clothing too. Only drawback is you need to go there to get paid - they do not mail payments (only a few staff and a bit over-worked). But the nicest people you can meet. I will continue to do business with them.
