I get here for repairs all the time. The staff is fantastic and the prices are great. When it comes to service, I think they're unmatched. I love The Peddler and as long as I am in Austin, I will go here.
I love this place. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and the service is spot-on. If you know jack squat about what kind of bike you need, they will not make you feel like the dummy you are and that's awfully nice of them. Prices of bikes, parts & accessories are all reasonable, which is surprising considering the rent they must be paying in Hyde Park. Best shop in town!
These are some of the nicest dudes in the business! I've trusted them with my vintage bike on several occasions and the service is always fast, friendly and very professional. I highly recommend them based solely on their fantastic customer service and knowledge of all things cycling.
Really awesome place. I came in needing a new back tube and a derailer adjustment. The guy did it in about 20 minutes and then I was outta there, and the price was very reasonable. I'm definitely coming here again!
