Never shop here worst experience I ever had. Ordered a phone on line and they wouldn't give it to me because I was not listed as an account manager in their system. My mom ordered it and put me as an account manager that day. When I got home and discovered that the fault was theirs not mine I came back the second day after talking with apples customer service representatives for 40 minutes. They had the same problem and refused to give me the phone. I just left cause I didn't want to deal with them.
Went in with a disabled iPhone and not a clue as to what to do. The place was packed, I was greeted within 5 minutes and told hour to hour and a half wait. Went to food court, got lunch, came back 45 minutes later and was given a spot to wait for a tech. After about 10 minutes, Matthew showed up and began asking questions and checking out my phone. He worked with me for the next 30-40 minutes while I tried to remember my passwords (A struggle in itself). While waiting for data to download he assisted a woman across the table, came back, got me going and sent me on my way. I am eternally grateful for his patience with me and being able to save all my data! Thanks!
Dominique goes above and beyond. She literally went with her gut and after she confirmed with the domain location that someone was trying to buy $12 worth of items on my business account. She is a five-star employee!
Specialist Teresa( not sure her name) yelled customer on the phone, not let customer a chance to talk. Incredible rude. So I went and bought one from Best Buy.
