Excellent service! Each and every time I visit someone goes the extra mile to help me. Very knowledgeable staff. This is the only store I will visit even though two others are closer to my home.
Made a huge mistake with my account and caused an unknown bill to be sent to a collections agency for a service I wasn't even using. If you are trying to come up in this country or just trying to keep your head above water, I cannot recommend that you shop here or deal with AT&T whatsoever.
I went into this location about two weeks ago to get an ipad pro. My wife and I were looking for an ipad pro 512gb. The girl who helped us went and cheked and came back with a 64gb and said that was all they had in stock. I asked if she could check other stores for us. Irritated that I asked she started to call another store completely ignoring me as I told her the stores close to were I live. When she finally responded she told me to call that store. It's real simple, If an employee can't make an extra call to help a customer then I can buy a $1000 Ipad somewhere else. There are several ATT locations that are good...pass on this one.
There was a long wait and so many people in front of me. Normally, I am a very patient person but I walked out after the forty five minutes of my waiting with a line that had barely moved. There were three sales associates working a very busy Monday evening. I do admit that one of the sales associates was new and tried his best. Another I could tell was experienced but was constantly getting pulled away answering the new guys questions (which is completely understandable). The last was literally sitting behind the counter flirting with another customer for longer than the forty five minutes I was there! The customer was behind the counter propped up on the desk giggling. We could all hear the conversation and it was completely off topic in relation to AT&T. Worst thing is that I went back the next day after picking up a phone from Apple (it was around the corner) and there was another forty five minute wait. All the sales associates were standing behind the desk talking and relaxing against the desk. What is wrong with this store! I went to a different AT&T and they were eager to help! They had me in and out in less than ten minutes and I was at home in twenty five! Lucky for the horrible store that it is a busy and convenient location.
