I also purchased a very nice matte black apple phone case when I was there & was happy about the inventory of all the apple accessories. My experience was good personally & the staff was helpful, nice & organized. :)
Guy by the door is so rude and yelling at people. I when to pickup in store the phone I purchased online, Schedule time between 10.00 -10.30 still I got to wait 2 hours to talk to someone to help. not recommend this store if you business person or for quick service, unless if you have nothing to do 3 hours. Hope I find way to report about attitude of beard guy by door. Been using apple products past 10 years. Online shopping never issue even the every store in San Antonio is awesome. Always have issue in domain apple store.
Gorgeous storefront, and it's got this kind of beautifully crafted 'focus' on the areas for each product where they are centered before a giant display-- that they said works with AirPlay mind you. It feels open and looks amazing. Can't wait to see how they incorporate the display into teaching and art seminars. As for the staff, Apple staff is Apple staff, it's 5-star no matter where you go. We had a pick-up for an Apple Watch and were out the door in 5 minutes. Couldn't ask for more.
Received the text within about 45 min. Dropped off my phone & was told to come back again within about an hour or so to pick it up. Came back after an hour & 30 min, my phone was repaired & looked new again.
Drove an hour to get there was expecting a very long wait due to me not making an appointment to have my cracked screen repaired on my ip7. I was put on the list right away & was told I would receive a text within about an hour on when to come back to drop off my phone for repair.
Where to start with this one.. I am going to try to keep it short. My summary would be that Apple needs to get back in the game when it comes to customer service. It used to be a positive experience but not anymore. My 14 year old daughters phone which is under warranty broke. She spent 2 hours in the store last night. They said it needed the screen to be replaced and the damage was self inflicted. They told her it would cost $169 to repair. She accepted that and I put money onto her account to cover the cost. Then they tell her the machine which is required to replace the screen is broken, but she can have a replacement phone for the $169. She accepted that and 30 mins later when she asked what was the delay she was told that they had changed their minds and she would have to come back the next day. However, to make up for it, she would only have to wait 2 hours next time as she would be top of the line. SERIOUSLY!?! I had just driven 60 miles to get her there on time for her appointment, waited 2 hours and this was the way we were treated. I provided direct feedback in relation to how we both felt about the situation, it was met with a blank repeated "sorry".. "sorry" .. "sorry".. nothing doing there then. We basically left frustrated and angry that the richest company in the world didn't give a toss about how we felt. I have been an Apple customer since way back in the day when everyone hated them, they are pushing me towards feeling that way now too.
I call the store to provide the manager with my feedback, I think his name was Brian. I was told he was not there. I asked to leave him a voice message, but was told he doesn't have voice mail?!? Seriously, Apple do not provide their retail store managers with a message box.. SERIOUSLY!!??!!
Just like lots of people, I drove an hour and a half to get to this Apple Store. I had an Apple Care Appointment. I was treated great. I had to wait maybe 10 to 15 minutes, but the store was PACKED with easily over 50 Enthusiasts... there were probably 30 employees, it was insane but Awesome. Everyone was in a good mood, having fun, getting help and being patient. I received excellent customer service from the second I touched the door handle and was greeted by people who were there just to make me feel welcome and direct me to where I needed to head. I had not actually ever been to an Apple Store before, so this was a cool first for me. I had an A - Z Perfect Experience... and that's hard to do with 50 customers in one store all wanting attention... the reason I can speak from experience is my wife and I own a store, and we fully understand the importance of making everyone feel special during their experience in your store. This Apple Store at The Domain in Austin, TX did just that for me. Great Job to all the Staff and the Training that was clearing implemented and reviewed daily. It doesn't go unnoticed by the trained eye.. Keep up the great work. Sincerely, Jeremy Renaud - The Bling Box Boutique - Owner/CFO
