HORRIBLE!! THIS REVIEW RECEIVES NO STARS! BUT ITS MAKING YOU SELECT ONE. WE HAVE HAD OUR CHAIR DELIVERED 3 TIMES AND IT STILL IS NOT RIGHT. THE FIRST TIME THEY (PILOT) DELIVERED THE CHAIR IT HAD NO POWER CORD TO POWER THE CHAIR SO THEY TOOK THE CHAIR BACK BECAUSE OF THE MISSING ACCESSORIES. THEN THE SECOND TIME THEY (ONE MAN) DELIVERED THE CHAIR THEY HAD BROOKSTONE WAREHOUSE SEND A BOX TO OUR HOUSE WITH THE POWER CORD ACCESSORIES AND ON THE BOX IT SAID TO NOT OPEN UNTIL THE DELIVERY MAN WAS PRESENT SO WE WAITED UNTIL HE CAME. WHEN THE DELIVERY MAN TOOK THE CHAIR OUT OF THE BACK OF THE TRUCK IT WAS THE SAME CHAIR FROM THE PRIOR WEEK IT WAS NOT WRAPPED UP AT ALL AND WAS DUSTY AND TORN IN THE LEATHER , MY HUSBAND HAD TO HELP HIM TAKE THE CHAIR UPSTAIRS(WHEN THE PAPER WORK SAID 2 MAN DELIVERY) DROPPING IT ON MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE COULD NOT CARRY IT HIM SELF. I EVEN HAVE A VIDEO OF IT. AFTER GETTING IT UPSTAIRS THE DELIVERY MAN OPENED THE BOX AND STILL NO POWER CORD!! SO OF COURSE WE REFUSED THE CHAIR ONCE AGAIN BECAUSE IT WAS RIPPED AND STILL MISSING THE POWER ACCESSORIES. SO WE WAITED A WEEK DIDNT RECEIVE A CALL FROM NO ONE SO OF COURSE WE CALLED LIKE WE HAD BEEN DOING AND THEY SAID THEY HAD A NEW CHAIR COMING OUT AND WOULD DELIVER IT SO ONCE AGAIN WE SAID OK WE ASKED FOR SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION AND THE AUSTIN DISTRICT MANAGER WAS SUPPOSED TO GIVE US A CALL AND WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE IT. SO WE CALLED ON 2/23/17 BROOKSTONE IN AUSTIN AND THEY SAID THE CHAIR WOULD BE DELIVERED ON FRIDAY 2/24/17. WE RECEIVED A CALL AROUND 2PM SAYING THEY COULDNT DELIVER THE CHAIR BECAUSE THERE TRUCK BROKE DOWN (EVEN THO THERE DELIVERY HOURS WERE FROM 11AM- 7PM) AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE ABLE TO DELIVER THE NEXT WEEK ON MONDAY WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN 2/27/17 WE REFUSED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED THEN SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN AND DELIVERED IT TODAY 2/25/17 AND GUESS WHAT?!?! ITS BROKE ON THE BOTTOM FRONT AND BACK AT THIS TIME MY HUSBAND IS DYING FOR THIS CHAIR BUT SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE. AT THIS POINT THE CEO STEVEN GOLDSMITH SHOULD BE GIVING US A CALL AND GRANTING A CHAIR. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE DELIVERY/ CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! THE MANAGER AT THE BROOKSTONE AUSTIN HAS BEEN NICE AND KNOWS OUR SITUATION ALONG WITH THE CHAIR DEPARTMENT BUT SOMETHING HAS GOT TO GIVE.

One of the best reasons to go the mall. Brookstone always has the newest gadgets you never knew you needed. They have everything from beds to toy helicopters. They have a great selections of massage products. Always a good place to get gifts.
I am 14 and I went there with my 16 year old brother and I was on one of there Massaging chairs for 20 seconds and then i let my brother try for another 20 seconds and this woman walked up to us and said those are for the adults only and told us to get out of the store but the people in the chair before were kids and they were in there for 5 minutes and we waited for them I think that person needs to be fired
