What a great experience! My sales person, Hallie, was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly. I live 200 miles from Austin in a very rural setting. We got my order placed at 3:30 on a Thursday and my upgraded computer was delivered to my door 24 hours later. I'm proud to do business with a local company that gets it right.
Stopped by Discount Electronics with a handful of questions, in regards to upgrading my home office computers. I was greeted by Kris with a friendly welcome and a how can I help? Kris was very generous and thorough in answering all my questions, and he gave some solid recommendations. I asked if we could take a look at what he had, and of course he obliged. I was very impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and genuine honesty. This is the guy to see for all your computer queries.
Came here about a week ago to get my friend a desktop and had the pleasure of working with Bryan. Cordial, well-spoken, super cool guy who knew his stuff; he helped us pick out a cheap but pretty strong rig and stayed with us even though it took us the better part of 2 hours to decide. There was a slight mix-up later with the purchase but they were more than accommodating to fix all the problems that arose afterwards. The staff at this location are awesome and the prices are great. Highly recommend if you need any parts or a new PC. Thanks again to Bryan!
We went by here about 2-3 days ago and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. We came to diagnose a laptop and their cost to diagnose is super reasonable at $50, with that charge being put towards repair costs. I ended up walking out with another great computer at a very reasonable price thanks to their setup. One of their attendants Bryan was super helpful as well as fun to talk to. Brand selection is a tad limited as they bulk buy from businesses and end up having almost all Dell branded equipment, but I would definitely come back here as well as recommend this place to others for future computer repair and other needs!
Great experience overall. The staff is very helpful in answering all of my questions and navigating me around the store to find what I’m looking for. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, which gives me confidence when deciding what to buy
