I will never go to Sam’s again to buy tires. It took two hours to install one tire on my car. When I arrived at 11:00 me that the car would be ready in 45 minutes. I went back in one hour and it still wasn’t ready. They said they were working on it and it would be ready soon. A little after 1:00 PM after I return a couple of times to check on the car it was ready. During that time when I was returning no one was at the front desk and it was hard to get information on the progress. When I finally got my car I asked why it took so long to put one tire in and they said because they were short on workers. They should not have told me that it would be ready it 45 minutes. Two hours to install one tire!
I just like shopping in bulk. The cashiers are efficient. Like I said don't like to shop grocery stores in Buda Tx, customers make rude comments about having a lot groceries . They comments like about food stamps. We pay with our hard earned money. Too much stereotyping there. No problem at Sams.
Tire and battery center. The worst of all Sam's clubs in Austin. 2 employees slow at changing tires, balancing or flat repair. No incentives by employees to speed up process. A by the hour type work atmosphere. A 35 minute rotation by the time they drive it in prep for the work get the right tools take off the tires balance replace and retorque 2 hours. No supervisor to administer job duties. This is my ticket I will take as long as I can to finish.
They don't always have what I have purchased there in the past. Musselman apple sauce for instance. Hard to find and I could always get it at this location. There are other items that I have had the same experience with.
They sell everything in bulk so I usually just buy a few things... It can add up quickly and I get my prescriptions here, discounted with my Sam's card.
I like Sam's Club because I always find something.
