My husband and I had a great experience at Ashley, partly because of their very large selection, but mainly because of Javier Rodriguez. We were lucky to be approached by him, since the showroom is very large, and he led us directly to everything that fit the description of what we had in mind. I would have been hopelessly lost trying to find all those pieces without his help. He was very knowledgeable about their furnishings, (answered all of our questions, and we ask a lot of questions) but not the least bit pushy. In fact, he offered his card when we left, but didn't even ask for our information. On our second visit, we got very serious about a particular sectional, but unfortunately, when we brought home the pillow to check on fabric color, it didn't quite work in our room. The next time I need to shop for furniture though, I'll go back specifically to Javier. Former firefighter, father of 2 boys, and a nice guy.
We stopped by to pick out some furniture. The Design Team Member, his name is J.R. Stewart. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were browsing. Not only did he make us feel very welcomed, he was very patient with all of our questions. This guy knows his stuff! We would highly recommend him for all your Ashley Furniture Adventures. Today the manager Chris and sales associate JR really helped me out with figuring out my mattress issue and they didn't stop until everything was resolved and taken care of! I will always go to Ashley's for any furniture needs that i have and YOU SHOULD TOO!
Mark "Doc" Fisher was awesome! He helped me find the perfect chairs. He spent hours working with me and was extremely professional and accommodating. Great experience at the store overall. Doc and his manager were able to help me get a fantastic deal as well, with a Veteran discount! Much appreciated! The chairs were also delivered quickly and assembled as expected.
My boyfriend and I went into Ashley's the other day after quite a few other furniture stores. The salesman J.R. Stewart was very kind and helpful in finding us the perfect couch. He spent a long time showing us our options, answering our questions, and making us feel comfortable. Ashley's seems to have the highest quality furniture for a low price, and lots of options. I'm really happy with the couch we picked out.
