When we arrived to this location (500 E Ben White Blvd) we were immediately greeted by Lou and offered beverages. He gave us space to look and checked in on us once in a while. When we were deciding between 3 couches, he was honest with us about how each fabric upholds over time, and helped us come to a decision, looking up what was in stock and how long it would take. He filed our information so that we felt no pressure to decide right away. When I called back, he pulled up our info and I just bought the couch over the phone. There is a $99 delivery fee, but it was totally worth it! The two men who delivered were very kind and did a great job carrying the large couch up a flight of stairs and into our apartment. As you can see it looks fantastic and is so comfortable! I'm super happy with my experience and my purchase here! Would definitely recommend this location. Had a great experience here! They offer you free beverages, including beer, which was a nice touch ;) The sales people are not pushy AT ALL. Andrew helped us out and I felt free to do my own thing, but he was extremely helpful when we needed him. The prices are very fair and they are willing to work with you. Would absolutely recommend the south location.
Had a great experience with these guys both at the store and with delivery. Our sales person Zakeia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The manager came and met us and made sure we were totally satisfied. But the most impressive part of the experience was the extra mile Zakeia went to get the sofa delivered early for us. If she had not done so we would have been sleeping on the floor for thanksgiving. But even on a holiday weekend she came through for us with an expedited delivery. We thank you and our backs thank you. Loved the sofa too!!
The store has a wide range of collection. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The customer service was great. They answered all our questions with patience. The day after the purchase, we noticed that the sectional we bought was for a lower price on some other site in the internet. When we immediately took it to their notice, the store manager responded positively to match the lowest price and refunded the difference of price. The overall experience was smooth and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends.
I was in a real pickle I only have 6 chairs at my dining room table I am having 7 people coming for Thanksgiving. I looked all over for an extra chair that was 24" high to be the same height as my other chairs no one wanted to sell me one due to they could not break up their table chair set. I went to Couch Potato and found the perfect chair. They sold it to me separately for under $100.00. The employees were very friendly from beginning to end. They saved my Thanksgiving. I will go back when I can afford an L Shaped leather couch to see if they can help me out. I would highly recommend them.
