We ordered a very expensive sofa ... over $3500. We went back to the store to talk about a trade as it was not going to work in our condo ... we are going to remodel. The sales person (Abigail) was incredible rude and disrespectful. She talked to her manager and said, "I would call the owner but I don't even want to insult him/her with your request." This made us feel stupid for even bothering to discuss a trade after spending so much for a couch. We will NEVER shop there again! Just plain RUDE!
I ordered a bent glass desk to be delivered to an RV park in AZ and gave them my credit card with an OR address. They send me an order confirmation that had all the correct info, but the shipping documents used the first half of the correct shipping address and the OR city and state. I'm 2-3 days away from TX and when the trucking co finally tried to deliver 2 weeks later the package could not have contained the table that I ordered, It was totally the wrong dimensions. so I refused it. (the box was also torn)
Based upon my experience with these people I agree with the previous review. Eurway hasn't a clue how to run an internet business. I just hope that I can get a refund before they go out of business.
They charged my credit card and I never received my furniture. My emails and phone messages (there was never a live person) went unanswered. After several months and an investigation by my credit card company I was issued a refund by Visa.
I purchased a chair for $879 on February 19 and was told by the sales rep that the chair was in stock.On February 22 I recieved an email stating that the chair had been discontinued by the manufacturer,and they provided me with a picture of a replacement chair that didn't match the decor of my room,so I called Customer Service and spoke to (Brent) and I told him that I woild like a refund.(Brent) had a very cavalier attitude and could careless if I got a refund or not!! (Brent) told me that he had cancelled the transaction and that the funds would be returned to my credit card.After 24 hrs the transaction was still pending,so I called again and got (Brent) who said that he had not done it yet and would cancell the order then!! I received an email 2 hrs later to confirm the cancellation.And I was able to find the same chair on another website for less money,and after a week later I still don't have my money yet!! Moral of the story I will never do business with Eurway again!!
The last time I purchased anything in this store was in 2011, customer service and product ordering time was horrible and they didn't seem to care much about it. Walked in to the store a few months ago because something in the window caught my eye when I went to Trader Joe's...not only was it near impossible to walk through the store with a stroller but the salespeople couldn't be bothered to greet me or acknowledge my existence until I was close to walking out and they didn't seem to be busy or care that they were not friendly. I have no idea how they stay in business!!!
