I had Extremely High Expectations walking in the door to have my entire collection replaced under the FOREVER GUARANTEE; but as high as my expectations were, I was still "Blown Away" by the friendliness of the staff, additional Free Services, the extensive knowledge of the staff, & their willingness to go above and beyond to help me and all of the customers in the store.
