Do not buy from this place,Worst experience ever. paid in full more than a month ago for bedroom set and a mattress still did not get the right full order yet.i gave a date for delivery, order came in two days late, and the worst they sent me an old mattress, and night stands which i have to struggle with to open its drawers, i went back to the store to tell them what happened, a sale representative named "Gina" was so rude rising her voice at both me and my husband, telling us that we bought a floor model and if we did not like what we get take a refund and go.it was never mentioned to us taht they are sending us old torn mattress the day we paid for everything, my husband asked more than one time if we are getting brand new furniture to doube check,the person that helped us "Mani" never mentioned anything about it, he said everything will be coming brand new from san antonio warehouse.

I just bought a dining set,the price was on our budget and Diego was so nice to us and super fast with processing I’m definitely going to buy other things from there next time
They called us from the warehouse on Saturday about delivery Monday ,i took off work to be home for the delivery,but no one showed up, and no call from mega furniture store or warehouse, i called the warehouse around 5pm to see if they are still coming a lady answered and said they will be there in less than 30mn , waited and no one showed up.No seriously can you just ignore customers like this!!! We paid for everything more than a month ago and untill now still wasting our time.worst experience ever.i will give a 0 in rating if i could.
we spoke to the store manager Julia pena, she was nice, and she understood our concerns,she said that the mattress was the last one they have in that model, she showed us a picture of a similar one , we agreed to have the different model delivred, and until now we still did not get the order.
