I strongly recommend this place. I am from New York and I wasn't familiar with any furniture places but I simply googled and found this location. I love the fact that it is a warehouse and there are a lot of furniture for really reasonable prices. Mirko, the manager was extremely helpful and he even delivered the furniture himself that same day I ordered it. The service is remarkable and the quality of the furniture is great!
I needed a new sofa and found this place online. Seemed like very good prices (almost too good) so I sent an email thinking I might not even get a response. Got one back very quickly and they were out of stock of the item I wanted but said it would be in that week. Went out the store on the Soutside and saw what I wanted and they were able to have it delivered the next day and at the time I requested. Marilyn, Robert and Mico could not have been any nicer and the quality of the sofa was much more than I expected for the money.
The staff was very friendly and had an excellent selection of quality furniture to choose from and the most aggressive prices in Austin. I definitely feel like I was treated fairly and got a great deal. The delivery was on time and the gentlemen were very respectful of my home. I recommend R&R to all my coworkers since we work nearby. I will be coming back too!

Nice helpful woman. Condescending man. "No, no item you need"...walked away. Woman...helpful, showed several pages of the item....man walked back up and when my daughter talked about building one he was a jerk about how difficult building furniture is. Yeah...no thanks!
